Artwork Guidelines GUIDELINES FOR UPLOADING A LOGO/FILE

A high-resolution digital file is required for set-up. The file must be one of the following formats: Jpeg(.jpg), Adobe Illustrator(.ai), EPS or PDF.
Because colors vary from screen to screen we don’t guarantee color matching but we make every effort to maintain image print quality.   

All files must be Black & White – text converted to outlines

High resolution (300 dpi or higher)

DFWLETTERING.com assumes clients are authorized to use trademarks and copyrighted materials presented to us for reproduction. Customers assume all liability resulting from trademark or copyright disputes.

Refunds We are not responsible for any mistakes or misspellings made by our customer’s errors. If we made the mistake, we will fix it. 

Personalized printed or laser engraved items are not accepted for return because of the nature of it being custom.

Due to the nature of custom. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@dfwlettering.com and we also suggest getting with UPS to start the process of collecting insurance.

Engraving Policy While we accept most engraving requests, we cannot honor every one.
Some may contain trademarks or other terms that we do not have the right to use.

Others may contain material that we consider inappropriate or simply do not want to place on products. At times this obliges us to decline print or engraving requests that may otherwise seem unobjectionable.

If your engraving request is deemed unacceptable, your order will be canceled and you will be notified via email and refunded. DFWLettering.com reserves the right to cancel any print or engraving requests after they have been submitted. Prices are subject to change without notice Print or Engraving orders cancelled or changed during production are invoiced for all expenses incurred. Every effort will be made to meet desired color (dark or light mark). However, due to variations in materials and coating, color results can fluctuate.
